How long is the rental agreement?

From 1 day to 1 year – whatever suits you. 

Is there a minimum of items or cost for hire?

Take one item or fill your household. We have flexible and competitive pricing for anything or everything you want. 

What are the delivery costs and times?

Freight varies for location delivery. 

Does the cost include insurance for accidental damage?


Can I request and item or brand not visible or demonstrated on your site, or do I have to take what's in the package and/or warehouse?

We are happy to talk about your needs, but have existing relationships with various manufacturers and distributors. 

What are your payment options?

Credit card, et, BPAY, Paypal and Afterpay. 

Can I visit your site/warehouse to see your range?

Yes – we are Brisbane. 

Can I decide to buy the products/furniture?

On application. 

Are the products new?

New or as new/conditioned. 

What are the rates of hire?

It depends on items and length of hire, but we can tailor to suit your needs and budget. 

Who does PHD hire to? Who are their clients?

Government, corporate, mining, students, event managers, mums and dads – just ask us. We work with everyone. 

Are you stylists?

No we aren’t – we just supply you with what you need from our extensive range! You are the designers of your life. 

Can I specify delivery day and time?

Yes – we are flexible to your schedule, subject to delivery slot availability. 

Can I early terminate the agreement?

Yes, we have no lock in contracts. We know that life happens. Minimal charges may apply.
